Softwares:
There are two softwares for HPC005.
1. Standalone software
This is free and used in single store.
2. Network software
Not free, cost $1100. More than 100 sets, this charge will be refund.
With a network software, you can check all the data collected from different chain stores and compare them anywhere and anytime. You can also check the data by your phone. Kindly remind that it is not a APP, you need to input the website and login with account and password.
Installation:
The infrared counter works by IR (infrared rays) beam, it will count if any opaque or non-transparent objects cut the beam. The installation is "Plug and Play".
In order to improve the counting accuracy, the installation height of the counter is important. The below two positions height recomended:
Position 1: 140cm (Best Position)
This position height means from shoulder to head to a person, the counter will not be affected by arms swing. But Children will not be counted.
Position 2: 60cm
This position hegiht means the pocket of trousers or thighs. The counter will not be affected by both legs and arms. And Children will also be counted.
