Zhangqiu Baohua Forging Co., Ltd is located in the most famous "China Forging Center", "Town of Ironsimth"-zhangqiu city, and it is the former of zhangqiu city forging factory. We have more than 40 years experience in forging industry since1970s. Our factory can manufacture kinds of custom forgings by open die forging, closed die forging and free forging technics.
Our factory area is 30, 000M2, building area 25, 000M2, has staff 360, engineers and technicans 46. Our fixed assets is RMB50 million, the annual forgings capacity above 30, 000 T, the total output value more than RMB 200 million. We have our own R&D center which aim to improve our quality and develop new production technics. We, as an ISO registed forging company, passed the ISO9001: 2001 in 2001, and ISO9001: 2008 in 2009; Then got the authentication of ISO14001: 2004 and OHSAS18001: 2007 in 2012; Also gained the certificate of "Manufacturer License of Special Equipment of P. R. China" and "Laboratory Testing Center of Zhangqiu Baohua Forging". And we also passed the API standard from USA. Our factory can manufacture kinds of custom forgings by open die forging, closed die forging and free forging technics, such as oil machinery forgings, hydraulic equipment forgings, engineering machinery forgings, mechanical equipment forgings, shaft forgings, gear forgings, flange and seamless ring forgings etc, as the standard ISO, ASTM, DIN, JIS, CSA, BSI, NF etc. Our forgings are mainly exported to some Middle East Countries, Asian Countries, Africa, Japan, USA, Russia and so on. In general, we, as a leading manufacturer of custom steel forgings, can manufacture high quality forgings to the tightest tolerance, fully inspected and tested, for industrial application.
We have complete forging equipments such as 8T/5T/3T electric hydraulic hammer, large board hammers and various air hammers; 8000T/4000T/1000T/500T friction press, and can make max 7T forgings. Also equipped with CA5116E*1015 vertical lathe, CW61100B and CW50 lathes more than 60 sets; We introduced the FAUNA CNC vertical lather from Korea and Taiwan, and GSK980 CNC lathes more than 10 sets. For heat treatment, we equipped the KGPS500KW/1000Hz electric furnace, which can do normalizing, annealing, tempering and so on. All these equipents ensure us the strong precision machining capability.
We have our own physics and chemical lab, which has the strong inspection and test ability. Our main testing equipment includes spectrometer imported from Gernmany, 3 sets brinell testers imported from USA, 2 sets ultrasonic testing equipment, tensile tester, element analyzer, optical microscope etc, which can do various mechanical performance tests, UT etc.
