Basic composition:
The purification air conditioning system is basically composed of the following equipment

Precautions for product installation
1. unit location and environment
please avoid places with oil mist (such as kitchen), otherwise plastic parts will age, fall off or cause water leakage.
please avoid places where corrosive and combustible gases are generated.
when installing boom bolts, check whether the installation position can bear 4 times the weight of the unit. If it is not safe, it should be reinforced before installing the unit.
the fan coil unit shall be hoisted in a horizontal position. The hoisting is only allowed to bear its own weight, and shall not bear the external force of air pipes, water pipes and other objects.
2. electrical installation
all electrical installations must be carried out by professionals according to national and local laws and regulations.
the unit must be reliably grounded and meet the relevant requirements of GB 50169.

Unit installation requirements:
1) Before installation, pay attention to cleaning the inlet and outlet pipes, and install a filter at the inlet of the user's water pump to prevent foreign matters from blocking the valve.
2) The water inlet and return pipes shall not be connected with excessive force, and shall be sealed with raw tape without leakage.
3) The pipeline must be provided with an insulating layer to avoid condensation and dew during use in summer. The inlet and return pipes should be equipped with valves.
4) The condensation water pipe should be kept unblocked, and the drainage slope should be > 5%.
5) When using this product, the filter should be installed at the return air and cleaned regularly to avoid affecting the normal heat exchange effect.
6) During the initial operation of fan coil unit, the vent valve on the return pipe must be opened to exhaust the air in the coil unit, and then close the air valve after water flows out.
7) The use of cold water should not be lower than 5 ºC, hot water should not be higher than 80 ºC, and the water quality should be clean. The unit shall be fully maintained after 2 to 3 years of operation,
Use chemical methods to remove the scale in the coil to ensure the heat exchange performance of the unit.
