With an annual production capacity of 50, 000 sets of lithium battery modules, Yiwu Qinyong E-commerce Firm has passed the ISO9001 system certification, the national high-tech enterprise certification, the evaluation of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises, the CB and TUV certification (IEC62619), and the Shanghai High-tech achievements transformation project and so on. Nanku has mastered independent design capability of BMS and battery system structure. Through continuous investment in R&D, we already obtained 2 invention patents (invention patents no.: 2016104546540 2016105872049) and 21 utility models.
Yiwu Qinyong E-commerce Firm uses same ultrasonic bonding production process and OE ultrasonic bonding machine as Tesla′s. In the bonding process, tension test is automatically performed on each bonding point. Finally, with full vision to recognize each cell, what is ensured is that each welding spot of cell meets the standard and the possibility of false and missing welding is eliminated. The thermal management system developed by Nanku could prevent the uncontrolled heat between the cells effectively and further ensure the safety and reliability of the battery pack.
