Operating principle and features of the equipment:

It tracks the machine speed and cuts continuously running steel pipes to specified lengths.

The device uses PLC control and Yaskawa AC servo motors for driving. When the saw carriage synchronizes with the pipe speed, clamps grip the pipe, and the saw blade rotates via an AC variable frequency motor through a reducer. Simultaneously, this mechanism is driven by the servo motor to feed the ball screw, cutting the steel pipe. After cutting, all systems relax and return to their original positions, waiting for the next work cycle.
