How is the quantity of Liulin Harvester?
For the quality problem, to be frankly Liulin is not the best, but we are competitive compared to most Chinese Suppliers. It's hard to describe the quality in words, what I can tell you is two data, the first is "we are the top 6 manufacturer in Chinese market, and Top 3 in Chinese manufacturers which was rated by Chinese famous agricultural ranking company". The second is "Our factory was found in 1984, and we sell over 8000 sets every year in last 3 years. Occupy about 12% of Chinese market"

Does Liulin Harvester have warranty?
For the warranty problem, this is really a hard question, usually mainly focus on the engine and rubber track. We have contract with the suppliers, once the engine or rubber track is broken due to quality problem in one year, it can be changed for free, but we need to send back the broken one, while the engine is only $2300, rubber is $500, and the tax with shipping cost back China is over $2500, we could not make any profit at the shipping. This is the reason why we could not offer you the warranty.
But you may not be worried about this, because our engine supplier is Changchai Co., Ltd, one of the top 4 engine factory in China. The rubber track is from Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co.,Ltd, which is the top 10 rubber manufacturer in the world.
For example, in last 3 years, our Indonesia sole agency sold over 400 sets harvesters, only asked about 20 sets of engine for replace. The rubber track can use over 2-3 years. Only some small problems happen on the engine, that could be repaired by local engineer, and spare parts if you need we could supply at cost in first year.
Does Liulin offer after-service? And is engineer oversea available?
For the service, we offer the best service. Our working time is from 7.30-5.00 from Mon to Sat, and any problems, we will try to help you solve it in 3 days.
For oversea-service, any orders over 6 sets like our agency, we could send our engineer to your side during the harvest season for one month, to help you on maintenance and train your operator, We will take the flight and salary cost, what you need is just to offer our engineer the dormitory and meals.
Also you could send your engineer to our factory to study. We would offer the dormitory and meals

Any free spare parts?
Yes, we will send some easy broken spare parts for free, like the blade, chian, belt, oil seal and so on, which is worth $200. For others, we will give you a list of the spare parts, which may be broken.

How to be Liulin Sole agency?
To be Liulin Sole agency, for first year, we will have an normal agency contract for one or two province, in which we authorize you as our agency in that province, and push the inquiries from individual to you.
If the sales is good, and second year we will have the sole agency contract, which indicate you are the only agency in your country, we will push all the inquiries to your side, while you need to reach the sales target.
