PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) is composed of diamond micron powder and cemented carbide liner that are sintered toghether under high temperature and high pressure. It not only has the high wear resistance that diamond has, but also has the high impact-resistant toghness.

Xi'an JINGWEI PDC roof bolting drill bits divided into 2 kinds, one kind is double wings, and the other kind is triple wings. All suitable for drilling the anchor-network support holes in the coal mine. We could supply the size from Φ25 to Φ42mm. Characteristics:

Our drill bit adopt the new type material--- superhard PDC cutters as its main cutting tool, so the service life of drilling is 10~30 times longer than the cemented carbide bits under the same rock formation;
