Test project:

1: Under the NPT(normal pressure and temperaturer condition of impact test)
1)put the test sample in 25degrees environment, then access to rated voltage light the LED strip.
2)the test setting light lamp 30seconds, turn off 30seconds, repeat 10000 times.

2: TCT(temperature cycling test)
1)put lamp strip into a test box with temperature from -10 to 50 ° C.
2)test box keeping 15 hours each under high temperature and low temperature, repeat 8 times.

3: Constant damp and hot test
1)put the packaged LED lamp on vibration test table, the vibration speed set to 300r/min, amplitude set to 2.54 cm, then star vibration instrument testing 30 minutes respectively in up, down, left right, front and back Tn the same way.

4: Life span test
