Product Description
KLX FRPC-870B film is black color, one side velvet, one side matte flame retardant polycarbonate film, UL94 VTM-0 or V-0. This film has excellent mechanical properties, good dimensional stability at high temperatures and a high flammability rating, making it good for applications such as power supply insulation, disc drive insulation, bus-bar insulation, TV/monitor insulation, PC board insulation, business equipment insulation and have insulation and EMI/RFI shielding when laminated with metal foil.

Here are some application cases of flame-retardant PC films in the electrical field:
- In New Energy Batteries
- CCS Application: In the CCS of new energy vehicle batteries, flame-retardant PC film can be made into blister brackets through blistering, and then integrated with signal acquisition components and aluminum bars through thermal riveting. It can also be made into CCS brackets by die-cutting and adding adhesive.
- Cell Application: As the top patch of the positive and negative electrodes of the cell, the PC film is die-cut and pasted with adhesive to form the required shape and then attached to the aluminum shell of the cell.
- PACK Application: In the battery PACK, PC film is used as the cover plate to insulate between the cells and between the cells and the aluminum shell.
- In Power Equipment
- Circuit Breakers and Contactors: Inside circuit breakers and contactors, flame-retardant PC films are used as insulating components.
