With large capacity build chambers and the ability to "stack" parts without support structures, we can produce as many as 1-100 pieces of a part in a single SLS build, as size permits.

At times, your process may require RTV™ silicone rubber molds, Rapid Prototype can provide this service. This method is the quickest and most cost effective for replicating your prototype master. Typically these molds can produce up to 20-25 pieces (depending on part complexity) made from a range of urethane materials with properties that simulate the thermoplastic materials often used in production.
