Variable Transmission Bearing

Variable speed transmission bearing is a kind of new variable-speed transmission mechanism. Integrating support function of rolling bearing and speed-change function of gearbox, it can be directly installed in the mechanical product instead of the original mechanical drive device to shorten transmission chain obviously. Small in volume, light in weight, compact in structure and low in noise, it can improve the quality of complete main machine expressly. Variable speed transmission bearing was once shown at Canadian Toronto Int'l Invention Fair in May 1988. The technology has successively been patented in seven countries and take the foremost position in the international reducer series, being reputed as "A Revolution of Transmission Machinery". This product, same as the regular rolling bearing in appearance and installation, can be used for increase or decrease of constant transmission ratio. Application of different installation methods or different input-output methods shall change the transmission ratio. Therefore, as demanded by complete main machine and loved by designers, various transmission mechanisms can be designed. For the time being, variable-speed transmission bearing has widely been used in light industry, chemical industry, electronic instruments, textile, printing, mining and, hoist-transporting machinery, especially applicable to auto-control production line. In addition to variable speed transmission bearings, presently we still produce complete variable-speed bearing reducers, containing such types as those of horizontal type, vertical type, double-shaft type, motor couple-type, single stage and double stage, and undertake design and manufacture of special models, capable of manufacturing standard serial products. In many cases it can be used instead of cycloid pin-wheel reducer, cylinder gear reducer and worm reducer, and used in the cases needing reducers.
