Bag-Type Pulse Dust Collector

Pulse bag filter is a small pulse bag filter designed by our company after digesting and absorbing similar products at home and abroad and improving them.
Dust and gas enter from the lower part of the dust collector's box, and are trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag by the filter bag. The clean gas enters the bag and is discharged from the upper box by the fan. As the filtration time prolongs, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, and when the resistance of the dust removal equipment rises to a certain value, the cleaning device starts cleaning under the control of the pulse controller. When cleaning the dust, compressed air passes through the pulse valve in a very short time in sequence and is sprayed onto the filter bag through the spray pipe. The dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper, drawer or directly into the warehouse.
Dust removal is completed and the dust collector resumes normal operation. Under the action of the pulse control device, the dust collector is periodically cleaned according to certain requirements to maintain a good working condition.
