Magnetic Suction Filter with Check Valve

The XNJ, XNL series of magnetic suction filter with check valve is mounted at the oil recovery suction inlet. It functions to filter and remove the metal particles produced by the frayed hydraulic components and the rubber wastes from the air-tight objects, and keep the liquid oil reflowing to the oil recovery tank clean. This series of filters has the following features:

A)It is directly mounted in the oil tank and it simplifies the circuit in the hydraulic system, while saving space and making the system layout more compact.

B)It is equipped with a check valve, and when the system is under maintenance, the liquid oil in the oil tank will not back flow, and when the filter core is under replacement, the contaminants in the filter core will be filtered out of the oil tank and the liquid oil will not out flow.

C)It is equipped with a by-pass valve, and when the filter core is jammed by contaminants and cause the pressure loss to reach 0.35 MPA, and even if the filter core is not replaced right away, the by-pass valve mounted on the top of the filter core shall automatically open, while its pressure loss is 0.4 MPA, so that it ensures the normal performance of the system.

(d)It is mounted with magnetic system, so it can filter and remove from the recovered liquid oil the ferromagnetic particles with micron of above 1μ M.
