Technical description

1. Range setting: set the range according to the maximum test value of the assembled pressure sensor

2. Instrument calibration: set the weight of the calibration weight in the debugging program, and then put the corresponding standard weight. The display value is the same as the calibration weight. The full scale sampling value is calculated by this value in the instrument

3. Sensitivity: divided into 1-19 grades, the larger the value, the more sensitive the measured value will be, and the measured value will be smaller. When the value is small, it is not sensitive to crushing, and the measured value will be larger. Generally, 17-18 grades are selected, and then can be modified according to the specific situation.

4. Language: the instrument is exported in batches, which is divided into Chinese and English languages for printing and output

5. Printing: print the corresponding strength value according to the measuring sequence.

6. Average value: for the same measurement sample, the average value can be displayed only when the measurement times are more than 10, and the value whose fluctuation exceeds 60% of the average value will be automatically eliminated. The average value of 88 will be displayed in the mantissa of printing results, and the average value of AVR will be printed.
