1. Basic parameters for center distance and transmission ratio etc. Are optimized to prefered numbers according to mathematical progression R20. Gear units are designed on model configuration principles. Main component parts are interchangeable among different series.
2. Gears are made of high-grade alloy steel by caburizing, quenching, and finishing.
3. The advantages of compacteness, light weigh, high precision, large capacity, high efficiency, high reliability, long service life, smooth operation and low noice.
4. Multi-arrangement options by fitting the same sub-assemblies differently.
5. Generally, submerged lubrication is used without cooling device. If thermal capacity is exceeded, circulation lubrication, fan cooling or cooling coil may be required.
6. Rolling bearings are used.
Applications: Input speed <<1500 r/min, temperature of -40 to 50 oC.
