Copperboard Paper

Coated paper, also known as coated printing paper, is called powder paper in Hong Kong and other regions. It is a high-grade printing paper made of base paper coated with white paint. It is mainly used to print the covers and illustrations of high-end books and periodicals, color pictures, various exquisite commodity advertisements, samples, commodity packaging, trademarks, etc.
Coated paper is flat paper, the size is 787×1092mm, 880×1230mm, and the quantity is 70~250g/square meter. Coated paper is divided into single-sided coated paper, double-sided coated paper, matte coated paper, and cloth coated paper. According to the quality, it is divided into A, B, C and so on. The main raw materials of coated paper are coated base paper and coatings. The requirements for coated base paper are uniform thickness, small elasticity, high strength and good water resistance. The paper surface is not allowed to have spots, wrinkles, eyelets and other paper defects, and the paint used for coating is composed of high-quality white pigments, adhesives (such as polyvinyl alcohol, casein, etc.) and auxiliary additives. This paint with high fluidity and high solids content is thinly and evenly applied to the base paper by the coater, then dried, rolled into a roll on the paper reel, and then sent to the super calender for calendering, and finally slitting, paper selection and packaging.
