Self adhesive Insulation self stick pins are made from a 50×50mm Metal base assembled with a metal nails, the base thickness is 0.4mm, the nail diameter is 12 Gauge( 2.7mm) and nail length is available in 19mm, 32mm, 38mm, 41mm, 50mm, 63mm, 89mm, 114mm, 140mm, 160mm, 203mm etc, other size are available by special order.

The self adhesive insulation stick pins have special pressure sensitive adhesive tape on the base, the adhesive tape is protected by a quick release paper, but this self adhesive insulation stick pin is requested to apply to a clean place, so before apply this pin, we need to clean the surface where we need to install the self adhesive insulation stick pins, after this is done, peel away the release paper on the adhesive tape, and press the pin firmly onto the place. This application is very simple, not require any special tool. This will save valuable man hours. Finally use a self locking washer or dome cap to fix insulation.
