Efficient and reliable injection system for atomizing high-temperature (1600 degrees Celsius) alloy liquid; the jet control system enables the deposit to reach a near-net shape and increase the density (especially the density of the working layer); creatively develops the unique smelting required for injection industrialization process; a ceramic mold that can withstand the impact of high-speed metal jets at 1,600 degrees Celsius, 300 meters/second and 2 kilograms/second and has precise dimensions; and has completed a number of cross-industry process technology optimization combinations.
