1 year warranty covers any defects in workmanship or defects in original parts for 1 years from date of receipt. If the issue is covered under the warranty, buyer pays to ship the computer back to us for repair and the return shipping cost to ship it back to the buyer, we will cover the cost of repair, replacement parts, and labor.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not within 30 days of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, the original computer box with the protective foams. We send our computers double boxed and we expect to get the returned item the same exact way to avoid shipping damages. A restocking fee of up to %20 may be applied if the item is returned in poor physical condition or missing box or not in the same condition as it was shipped to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for cost of any damages during shipping and missing items.
