GK-AC 210 AC charging piles are safe, easy to use, simple and beautiful, highly integrated, small occupied area, easy to install and can be applied to a variety of environments.It also meets the American UL standard and European standard respectively.

 

Fuction
1. Using multifunctional watt-hour meter
The charger accurately measures the charging capacity of the charging vehicle which meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T 17215-2002, GB/T 17883-1999 and the power industry standard DL/T 614-2007. It also has the function of power pulse output and realizes the real-time communication between RS485 communication interface and charging module.

2. Simple interaction interface
Man-machine interaction and on-site control functions are realized: swipe card to start or stop functions is realized on AC charging pile; operation status, fault status and power parameters are displayed and the status of charging process is shown in real time.

3. Custom startup mode
Different startup mode is supported including swipe IC card, scan two-dimensional code and plug-and-play start mode. IC cards can also be customized for money or KEY mode (i.e. unlimited amount within the card, swipe card to start or stop charging process).

4. Self-inspection& failure warning function
It can judge whether the charging interface has been connected correctly automatically. When properly connected, the charging interface can output power supply; when the charging interface is abnormally disconnected, the charging pile immediately stops output to ensure personal safety. When the equipment fails, the system will detect the fault by itself and try to solve it.

5. Telecommunication function
CAN network can be used for centralized management. The charging data will be uploaded to the server database in a centralized and real-time manner. The server system will acquire the data in the database in real-time for monitoring. GPRS can also be used for remote wireless communication. GPRS mode is not used in basement environment with bad signal. It is suggested that CAN network to be used for management.

7. Moisture proof, anti-mildew, salt-spray proof and rust-proof
The PCB and connectors inside the charging piles are treated with moisture-proof, mildew-proof and salt-fog-proof to ensure the reliable operation of the charging piles in outdoor humid and salt-fog environment. The shell of charging pile and the exposed iron bracket and parts adopt double-layer anti-rust measurements. The non-ferrous shell also has anti-oxidation protective film or anti-oxidation treatment.
