Machine safety procedures:
1.According to the lubrication part of the machine, add enough lubricating oil separately.
2.Each bolt connection of the machine can not be loosened and must be tight.
3.The motor rotating direction should conform to sign instructions and prohibit reversal.
4.Before shearing and bending the plate, the blade gap and up and down mould gap should be adjusted. The shearing gap value is 5-10% of the plate thickness and the bending gap value is the plate thickness.
5.Prohibit shearing and bending super thick, super rigid plate and plate with welding scar, slag, weld defects of edge. Not slanting load use.
6.Keep the blade sharp and need to sharpen when finding it blunt.
7.Machine must be checked regularly and kept clean. Daily maintenance must be down well.
