Wells Frequency Conversion Water Supply Equipment

Principle:
According to the requirements of pipeline network, we set the pressure by input the value, the pressure sensor will transfer the pressure signal to electric signal then send it to microcomputer control system, after analysis and treatment, send the signal to transducer , then to control the water pump.
Effect:
When water consumption increased, the transducer output voltage and frequency increased, the rotation speed of water pump is quickly.
When water consumption reduced, the transducer output voltage and frequency dropped, the rotation speed of water pump is slowly.
When it is small or zero flow at night, the equipment will stop and sleep automatically.
When water consumption increased from small or zero flow, the equipment will start to work automatically, the water pump will work.
Function:
1, supplying water in different time, time can be set.
2, Adjust the water pressure in different time, in morning, noon and afternoon the water pressure will high, the rest time pressure is small.
3, the sleep function: when we don't use the water, the water pump will stop and sleep, this function can saving 90% electric.
4, water shortage protection: can inquire the borehole water level set statement, there is water on, anhydrous downtime.

l   Electric-saving: when the water consumption is low, the power of water pump will decrease automatically, 50%-70% electric-saving

l   Protection function is perfect: when the equipment has following situation like electric leakage, default phase,no water in the well etc., the equipment will cut down the power supply and start warning.
Machinery part:
The equipment has automatic subsiding water function, when the water pump stopped, the water in the pipe will run back to the well, that can protect the water pipe from frost cracking.
The water pump is wet motor, the inside of the motor has water, there has no seal, no bearings,low noise, using life will be five or six times than common water pump.
