(1) What is SPC Floor ?
AVID WPC is a green building material, it's made of 60%natural wood fiber( Professionally Dry treatment ) ,30% of eco-friendly HDPE materials and 5% chemical additivel ( anti-UV agent, anti-oxidation agent, reinforcing agent, stabilizers, colorrants, anti-fungus agent, coupling agent ect..).
(2) How long is the service life of WPC product?
Over 10 yeras.
(3) Do WPC product need the good ventilation and drainage?
Yes, like timber, it's important to provide adequate ventilation and drainage to ensure SGB WPC is able to dry out after being wet.
For this reason, it's very important to pay attention to clearance on butt joins ( end to end), spacing between boards( side to side), and min. ground clearance.
Lack of ventilation and drainage can cause the products to swell over time. Check product fix information on the good ventilation and drainage requirements.
Boxing in the deck will reduce cross flow ventilation and therefore should be avoided.
(4) How to clean or maintenance WPC products?
a. Pollution occurred from moulds, mucedine,berry and leaves ; use a cleaning agent contains detergent and sodium hypochlorite to clean off.
b. Dirt or debris: Clean the decking to remove dirt or debris by using soap,hot water and astiff bristle.
c.Chalk Markings : All colored chalk lines are permanent except white,Surubbing the area with hot soapy
water with bleach may dislodge some of the chalk.
d. Oil and olein occurred by touching: use a cleaning agent contains degreasing agent.
e. Use tool clear the miscellaneous articles or objects of the profiles space in order to keep good drainage
(5) What is the payment term?
T/T 30% in advance, T/T 70% before shipment.

Because of deviation caused by shooting and printing, the real color has some differences with the photo,all customers should be take the color of real product as the final one

4.Vinyl Layer: The material is mixture of pve+powder+plasticizer+stabilizer.
