The salt spray testing machine is aimed at surface treatment of various materials, including coating, electroplating, organic and inorganic film, anode treatment, rust preventive oil, and corrosion resistance of the forming process, and achieves long time corrosion resistance of the products.
Product features:
1. The whole set is made of imported P.V.C plate, and the inner box adopts advanced ring belt three-dimensional reinforcement technology, with strong structure and never deformation.
2. The laboratory is heated by heating on five sides, which can truly grasp the temperature uniformity of the laboratory (± 1 ºC)
3. Nozzle: use bernoult's theorem to absorb salt water and atomize, which will double the diffusion speed of fog and naturally fall on the test piece, and the fog drop difference can be controlled within ± 0.3ml/80cm2H
4. The saturated air is heated and humidified by Henry's law, and the humidity required by the laboratory is provided.
5. Temperature is the prerequisite for directly affecting the corrosion rate. The company adopts the temperature controller of p.i.d mode, and the control error is within ± 0.5 ºC.
6. The only full detection system is used, and the light will be on automatically in case of failure.
