A: Suspension flow
Conveying speed is higher than suspension speed. Material flow in suspension state in pipeline.This conveying way is suitable for low-pressure
dilute-phase short distance conveying.
B: Group flow
Conveying speed is equal to suspension speed.Material flow in
agglomeration state in pipeline.This conveying way is suitable for
middle-pressure long distance conveying.
C:Plug flow
Conveying speed is lower than suspension speed.Material are cut into
plug-like by pulsed valve(air-knife) and are pushed forward by the air
pressure drop around the material plug.This conveying way is suitable for high-pressure dense-phase long-distance low-speed conveying.

1,High-density phase test-silo ( cone pump)
Working principle:
It is used in pressure mode pneumatic conveying system and it is applicable to long-distance conveying. The powder material inside the pump body are mixed with compressed air filled in, and they are formed gas-solid mixture. The mixture move inside the pump body with the aid of the pressure difference,thus to achieve the conveying into storing equipment through the pipeline.
Powder material are fluidized inside the pump body and then be conveyed into the feeding pipeline.Keep the mixing ratio under a certain limit to avoid blocking.Our improved fluidization form can achieve high concentration of material and stable conveying.
Advantages of cone pump:
simple and firm structure;good sealing;strong conveying capability;long conveying distance;less failure;reliable runnability;Do without drive force except compressed air;No rotatable parts contact with material.
HGC high-density conveying tank :Less compressed air extrudes powder material in static way from the bottom conveying pipeline.BPL pipeline conveying technology achieves multi-point turbocharged conveying of material inside the tank.

2,Pulse plug flow pneumatic conveying:
Put material into the plug flow pump tank, the material will move out from the discharge of tank with the aid of compressed air. And the material move into feeding pipeline and become continuous and compacting material columnar.Air knife moves intermittently under the control of impulse device and cuts material columnar into material plugs.Spaced material plugs and air plugs are formed in pipeline.Material plugs move with the aid of static pressure difference around them.The circulation of the process is called plug flow pneumatic conveying.Common pneumatic conveying is conducted with the dynamic pressure of the gas being conveyed. Plug flow conveying is conducted with the static pressure difference of the gas being conveyed, and the movement of material is plug-flow. So plug-flow conveying achieves low conveying speed, less gas consumption and reliable operation.The low speed causes less friction and erosive wear. The dusting system of plug-flow pump has advantages of less energy consumption,low wear,high ash-gas ratio and high conveying efficiency,thus to achieve low workload and low costs of operation and maintenance.Besides, pulse plug flow conveying system makes less exhaust,simplify exhaust handling equipment and ensure exhaust meeting emission standard.
