Introduction of BOPP adhesive tape making machine:
1 The LD-500C BOPP adhesive tape making machine can produce different sizes of clear tapes, printed tapes and color tapes with good quality.
2 Raw material: BOPP film, adhesive glue, paper core
3 Production flow: Before we start the production, we need to cut the long paper core to suitable width with the paper core cutter, then we use the paper core loader to make the small paper tubes attached on the  slitting shaft.
- set the BOPP film on the raw material shaft.
- print on the film(or you don't print).
- glue the film.
- dry the glue through the oven.
Finally, slit the film into small tapes or make the film into a jumbo roll.
4 Finished products:
Printed tapes              clear tapes        color tapes 

Features of this BOPP adhesive tape making machine:
1 Coating: The comma balde is made by ourself, the accuracy is acculated by mircon. The thickness of the adhesive can be adjusted by the two meters.
2 Air shaft to load the material, which makes it easy to load and unload.
3 Printing, 1-2 two colors inbuilt gravure printing. The dryer can dry the ink quickly.
4 4Four rewingding shatfs,when two shafts rewinding completed, it will shift the other two shafts,saving time and supply convinience.

6 Power, 2 cyloid motors with frequncy controller.
7 Eco-frinedly, the heat conductive mediun is water and electricity, which have no harm to the enviroment.
8 Oven, using inbuilt water tank heated by electricity, furnished with 8 auto lifting doors, easy clean and check, two fan working together to ciculate the air to dry the glue quickly, two moisture drawer to get rid of the extra mositure.
