Audio signals not balanced would cause audio signal noisy that happened on weak, strong differential signal into audio amplifier, DVR, monitor or audio /video image processing equipments.
Other case like under long range cabling cause 'Impedance not Matching'. The audio transformer filter is designed with multi- stage high common mode noise and jamming rejection, audio termination and audio filtering circuits for most of high noise environment.
