Product Description
We provide PCAP Projected Capacitive Touch Screen Module Sensor from 8 to 86 inches. The common sizes are as follows: 15.6" 17" 19" 21.5" 23.6" 27" 32" 42" 55" 65" 75" 86" 98".
In addition, special processes and materials are used to create high-efficiency capacitive screens that cater to market needs and environments.
1. All conductive lines are embedded to ensure the stability and flexibility of the product.
2. Use the best materials: nano-scale silver paste to ensure the best electrical conductivity, the strongest reliability, and strong windability.
3. You can make thinner lines, achieve ultra-narrow borders, and create fine grids to achieve better visual effects.
4. Using PET as the base material, it is lighter and thinner, has good windability, can ensure the bonding yield, and is suitable for special curved surface products.
5. R2R production process ensures the highest efficiency.
Large size active pen solutionThe active pen tip has a smoother feel and can achieve an excellent writing smoothness that is not available in passive stylus pens currently on the market.
However, the requirements for material resistance are high, and ordinary materials are difficult to achieve in large sizes. Low resistance is our company's expertise; therefore, we have an absolute advantage in this aspect.

Suzhou IVT: 6,000m² of Class-1000 clean room + 200 m² of Class-100 clean room.
Nantong IVT: 10,000m² of Class-1000 clean room + 1000 m² of Class-100 clean room.
Optical simulation, pattern design, mold preparation, core materials, automated equipment production line, TP module,
OC full lamination, with whole machine debugging for whole process In house.
