OPEN CELL CEILING ROLL AND PUNCH FORMING PRODUCTION LINE INTRODUCTION

Our new developed aluminum open cell ceiling production line is made of two parts, the first step is material perforation and the second step is grill ceiling forming.

By using this aluminum grill ceiling production line, compared to open cell roll forming production line, it can produce different size of the grill ceiling products:

1. Different bottom width products can be produced on the same aluminum open cell production line. Such as bottom width 10mm, 15mm, 20mm system can be produced on the same aluminum grill ceiling making machine by change the dies of the punch forming.

2. The small side roll forming machine can also be ajdusted from the left set and right set rollers. While usually the roll forming machine can produce only one size.

3. This machine can produce the grill ceiling products more accuracy by punch forming.



PART ONE: MATERIAL PEFORATION AND ROLL FORMING

This basic process of this grill ceiling production line is uncoil the raw material aluminum coil, then go the flattening machine, after sevro feeder it will perforated by the punch machine and cut to the required length, after that it will go to the small side roll forming machine, finallay it will be delivery to semi finish products collection desk.

PART TWO: GRILL CEILING PUNCH FORMING MACHINE

The workers will put the semi finished peforated material to the material storage area, then the mechanical hand will pick up the material with sucker to the punch station, and after punch, the finsihed grill ceiling products will be delivery out automatically to the final product collection table.
