Long bag off-line pulse duster is mainly composed of box body, ash hopper, air equalizer pipe, air outlet pipe, bracket, filter bag, spray device and ash discharging device. It adopts thin plate lifting valve to realize three states of off-line, advanced ash cleaning technology and reliable operation.
It is a large dust removal equipment with large air volume, good dust removal efficiency, reliable operation, convenient maintenance and small area. Widely used in metallurgy, building materials, power, chemical, carbon black, asphalt concrete mixing, boiler and other industries of dust control and material recovery.
The dust air enters the ash hopper of each chamber from the inlet and average flow tube of the dust remover, and under the guidance of the flow guide device of the ash hopper, the dust of large particles is separated and directly falls into the ash hopper, while the fine dust is absorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag, the clean air permeable filter bag enters the upper box body, and is discharged into the atmosphere through each off-line width and exhaust pipe.
