Field of application and characteristics:
1, the product can satisfy wide range of the requirement of mine entrance natural gas and coal bed gas from 0.05-0.2Mpa(1.0Mpa), also can be fitted in various geological conditions.
2, Multistage compression is a safe and energy saving design that can make sure each stage discharge temperature can be less than 135 degree, even at 40 degree suction temperature.
3, Engine plastic sealing parts have very low beta ratio to guarantee a safe running of long life, including stuffing rings, piston rings and guide rings.
4, Our high accuracy driven spare bearing surface is also of low beta ratio, which ensures accurate straight forward piston movement in long working life, while the gas flow and pressure shall hardly reduce.
5 Matching with accurate balance of inertia force, our high rigidity crank case ensures the skid compressor unit to run steady without foundation. Our model also can run in full load on trailer, which provides convenient option for applications near marginal oil/gas mine or scattered oil/gas mine.

8, 6.4Mpa centralized delivery booster compressor is designed as non -oil lubrication in cylinder. 25Mpa centralized delivery booster compressor is oil free in 1st -3rd stage cylinder while the 4th and 5th stage cylinder need very little lubrication oil. Both model can provide compressed gas of high quality.
