1. Introduction

The inclinometer made by Jobrey Technology uses MEMS micro-electromechanical system technology to integrate MCU, MEMS accelerometer, AD conversion circuit, communication unit, etc.And through filtering algorithm, it can measure the pitch or roll relative to the horizontal angle. Among them, KTS727 series digital output 2-axis inclinometers are divided into two models: KTS727C (hexadecimal protocol) and KTS727M (Modbus RTU protocol). The default range is ±30°, and the highest accuracy can reach 0.005°. Due to the built-in high-precision digital temperature sensor, the temperature drift of the sensor can be corrected according to the change of the built-in temperature sensor, which ensures the high repeatability of the inclinometer in low and high temperature environments. The sensor is a real industrial-grade product with good scalability and a variety of outputs to choose from: RS485, RS232, TTL, which can be easily integrated into various industrial control equipment, and has good stable performance even in harsh application environments
