Weifang Highlight Tapered Steel Tube Co., Ltd is located in Weifang, the industrial city of Shandong Peninsula and the world famous kite capital. The company is a joint-venture enterprise, established in the year of 1992. There are 381 employees in the company, including 52 professional and technical personnel. The company has 12 departments. The company’ S original value of fixed assets is RMB180 million. It has two manufacturing areas in Weicheng district covering a total area of 114, 667 square meters. As to the production equipment, the company has introduced a whole set of German automatic tapered pole production line.
Our major products are: Steel lighting poles, electric distribution and transmission steel poles, communication tower poles, high masts floodlighting poles, substation steel structures, traffic sign poles and other steel poles products as well.
The company passed the ISO 9001 quality system certificate issued by Moody International Group in 1998, and at the same time the company established the Environment and Occupational Health and Security Management system in 2005. The integration of the three Systems have made the company’ S management system improved and advanced constantly, so as to strengthen security production, ensure the employee and the other interested parties’ Occupational health, maintain environment, and make contribution to the country’ S economic development and social progress. Welding is the most important procedure involved in the production and fabrication of our steel poles, the company achieved the Certification from C. W. B ( Canadian Welding Bureau) in March 2008, and the company passed the audit from A. W. S (American Welding Society) in February 2019, keeping the welding quality at the top level all the time. We have also passed the audit of C. E. Certification according to ISO3834-2 for welding quality system and EN1090-1&2 EXC3 for steel structure in January 2020.
