Waterman Sport Co., Ltd was founded in 2012, which is a professional Surfboard&SUP sports equipment manufacturer in China. The factory is located in Boluo, Huizhou, Guangdong, with a very convenient, fast water and land transportation, very close to Shenzhen and Hong Kong. With 3,000 square meters workshop and over 60 workers, the current capacity can be up to 800pcs per month.
We offer a wide range of Surfboards and Stand-Up Paddleboards(SUPs) with various constructions, such as clear epoxy surfboard, regular painted SUP, clear bamboo sandwich board, PVC board, carbon race board as well as soft top board, by applying high-quality raw materials, innovative technologies, organized and systematic internal management and strict QC criteria, we are able to deliver the best quality products to the customers at a reasonable and competitive price. Now Waterman Sport have gained quality reputation from the customers from all over the world, such as the States, Australia, New Zealand, Brasil and some Europe countries.
Our company owns a very strong R&D team who used to work with the specialists from the world biggest Surfboard&SUP brand; There is a big river behind our factory which is our natural test base, we do not build boards blind, we also test and improve our products constantly; We are so proud of our workshop staff as they are of dedicated love, responsibility and hard working, they do not use their hand but their head to build up boards.

FAQ
1. What type of Surfboard / Paddle Board do you manufacture?
We have two factories, one factory is making a vast variety of surfboards, paddleboard, softops, foil board, wake surfboard, wind surfing board, racing/touring board, rescue board etc, the other one is exclusively building thermal plastic board and budget softops, foamie board and bodyboard etc.
2. Can you making custom board?
We can make customized board(shape/size/design/construction etc) per customer's specific requirement.
3.What's your MOQ? Are you willing to make samples?We can make samples for quality and details approval before mass production, and there is no MOQ requirement for sampling; For bulk order the MOQ should be no less than 5pcs each size or colorway. 4. What's your price?
General Price List can be provided for a rough production cost ref, while pls understand to quote every client an accurate price, some specs should be confirmed first, such as board size, shape, construction, graphics, insert configuration, packaging etc.
5. What's your capacity?
Currently for composite surfboards and paddleboards, the total monthly output is 2500+; For thermal plastic boards, the monthly capacity is 1000pcs.
6. What's your lead-time?
For sampling normally it takes around 2~3 weeks, 30 days for a 20ft / 35~45 days for a 40ft(HQ).
7. What's your payment terms?
30% or 40% deposit to initiate the production, the balance to be collected before shipment; The payment terms can be flexible as we can do either FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP or EXW.
8. How many boards to fit in a container?
If small surfboard, can fit in at least 150 and 380 boards in a 20ft and 40ft respectively; If bigger SUP, can fit in at least 45~50 and 135~150 in a 20ft and 40ft respectively. 9. What warranty do you provide for your products?
One-year limited warranty will be provided for the boards, any quality issues due to inferior raw materials or improper craftsmanship or wrong building procedure, certain discount or full refund will be provide case by case, or replacement board will be provide free of charge. The warranty date starts from the time when the goods received by customers. 10. What's your packing method?
Two layers bubble paper + pearl wool + cardboard + carton box package, the nose/tail and rails will be extra reinforced with cardboard and foam; For LCL shipping and airfreight the boards will be well reinforced with a special packaging. 11. What's the shipping method?
For bulk order we will suggest to do FCL, either 20ft or 40ft, for small order or sampling we can arrange the shipment by air or LCL. 12. What other products can you offer except for boards?
We can provide various surf/SUP related accessories such as paddle, fins, leashes, board bags, socks, EVA traction pads, tiedown straps, rack pads etc.

2. Can I get samples before placing bulk orders?
We can making you customized samples for specification approval and quality tests before mass production, and no MOQ requirement for sample order.
3. Can I get a discount if I make a larger order?
Yes, the more pieces you purchase, the higher the discount.We would be happy to provide you with a tier quote in terms of different order quantities. Please contact our Sales Department and provide the following information:
- The specification of the product(s) that you are interested in, such as dimension, graphics design, construction, insert configuration, EVA deck pad style etc
- The exact order quantity for each product
- Your expected timeframe
- Any other specific requirements regarding the products
Our Sales Department will reply to you with a quotation. Please note that the larger the order, the more postage you will save. For instance, if your order quantity is 20, the average shipping cost per unit will be much cheaper than if you just buy one piece.

Payment FAQs
1. How can I pay for the order?
No matter sample order or bulk order we normally recommend all clients to do T/T(telegraphic Transfer) to our company's bank account directly.
If the total payment is small we can also accept PayPal.
We also accept Credit Cards as payment method
2. Do you provide invoices?
Once you have placed an order, we will issue you proforma invoice for deposit(down payment) ref; And once the order is well prepared, we will issue you final commercial invoice for balance due payment ref.
3. How do I know if my payment has been received?
Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order. You can also visit our store and log into your customer account to check the order status at any time. If we has received payment, the order status will show "Processing".
4. Can I make amendments to the sample / bulk order after deposit?
Yes. As long as production did not started, you can make changes to the order specification and qty.
5. What's your payment terms?
Under most circumstance the recommended payment terms will be 30%~50% deposit to be collected to initiate the production, balance to be collected before shipping.
If the order qty is considerable, we will consider to offer a better payment terms to the customers.
If the customers place the order consistently, we will consider to offer a better payment terms such as certain net terms to the customers.
Shipping FAQs
1. How many boards to fit in a container?
If small surfboard, can fit in at least 150 and 380 boards in a 20ft and 40ft respectively; If bigger SUP, can fit in at least 45~50 and 135~150 in a 20ft and 40ft respectively.
2. What's your packing method?
Two layers bubble paper + pearl wool + cardboard + carton box package, the nose/tail and rails will be extra reinforced with cardboard and foam, if it is FCL the customers can choose to not use carton box to save the costs which is doable and acceptable;
For LCL shipping and airfreight the boards will be well reinforced with a special packaging such as wooden frame case.
3. Can you help / assist me with shipping?
Yes. We can help all our customers to arrange/coordinate the shipping with our freight forwarder, but the customers will be expected to afford the shipping cost.
4. Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping rates?
We ship worldwide. The exact shipping rate varies based on the item weight and the destination country. We will always suggest the most appropriate shipping weight for our customers to help to save money. Our goal is always fast and secure delivery of items to our customers.
5. Does the product price include the shipping price?
The product price does not include the shipping price. The online ordering system will generate a shipping quote for your order.
6. How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number or B/L is normally available within the next few days of dispatch and we will update the tracking information on your account.
8. How do I track my order?
Once we provide you with the tracking number or B/L, you will be able to check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company.
9. If Customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for them?
Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties. We do not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.
After Sales FAQs
1. How can I cancel my order, before or after payment?
Cancellation before payment
If you have not paid for your order yet, then there is no need for you to contact us to cancel it. We do not process orders until a matching payment has been received for the order.
If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.
If you are not sure about an issue relating to your order or you wish to change it, please contact our Customer Service Department and put the order on hold while you decide. This will suspend the packaging process while you make changes.
If the package has already been dispatched, then we are not able to cancel or change the order.
If you wish to cancel an existing order because you are ADDING other products, there is no need to cancel the entire order. Simply contact out Customer Service Department and we will process the updated order; there is usually no additional fee for this service.
Generally, if your order is in an early part of the processing stage, you may still be able to change or cancel it. You can ask for a refund or provide the payment as credit for future orders.
2. Under which circumstances would an item be able to be exchanged or returned?
