(1) Modeling and drawing technology
Modeling and real time drawing is the most basic in the treadmill system based on VR technology, in aspects of model precise degree and drawing speed, not only need to guarantee display quality but also not to bring discomfortableness to user in exercise process. This system developed by VC++ and OpenGL, having fuctions of model anmination menu selection, auto show automap, route roaming, marine plant generation geography forming and use level of detail(LOD) technology and etc to optimize render speed.

(2) Real time display technology
After making complicate model in the modeling tools such as Creator, 3ds Max and etc, secondly converts file format and load into system software, then make to reach enough frame rate(above 30 frame rate per second) meet real time smooth interaction between user and machine through data optimization.

(3) Stereoscopic display technology
Stereoscopic Display technology Is the key aspect of VR technology, use complementary colorstereoscopic Display model(reddish green and blue display).

(4) Sports data retrive technology
In virtual treadmill system, for the purpose of interaction between man and virtual scenes, it needs extract sports parameters working in spors equipments(treadmill)and enters them into computer to function in virtual scenes. In virtual running machine, sports data is mainly tansfered to computer through senese transmitter and data collection card such as date collection of angles of running posture and heart rate and etc. Angle-degree sense tranmitter transform user's feet forcing angles into electrical signals and then transfers these signals to data collection card; Have a real time collecton of users' heart rate through heat rate meter and also can adopt presently available heat rate data collection system.
