Triple effect Falling film evaporator is widely used for concentration of solutions in dairy product industry, food industry, fruit juice industry, beverage, chemical industry, environmental protection industry, pharmaceutical industry and etc, also is used for sewage treatment of relative industries.


Triple effect falling film evaporator is operated continuously under vacuum and low temperature condition, with features of high evaporation capacity, low energy consumption, low operating cost and could keep the original color, flavor and active ingredient maximize.

If equipped with heat pressure pump,part of second steam will resucted and mixed with live steam .Steam pass through pump ierred into heating shell,steam rapidly spread make liquid soft heated,is very suitable for concentration of heat sensitive products.


4. Equipment suitable for evaporation and concentration of foamability material Liquid film evaporated in heating tube formed liquid-vapor separate. Big part of feed drIiauid extracted from the bottom of cylinder. Only small part of feel liquid and all second steam enforced to separate Feed liquid not in big impacted no foam formed in the whole process.


5. Equipment can also sterilize food Feed liquid flow to sterilizer after preheated.Temperature up to 94°Cand lasting for 24 seconds.Then flow into first stage.Liquid evaporate in few seconds then temperature drop at once.

A.  The warranty period is one year. If there's any problem of the equipment not caused by reasonable operation in one year,we will help you solve it (If it is small problem like spare part is broken, we will send you freely;other small problem we will guide  you to solve it by phone or e-mail;If the problem cannot be solved by guiding,we will arrange technician come to your place to mend it after confirmation).
