Our product line offers a complete assortment of stock and custom sizes to meet any requirement. Now our production capacity is around 160000 plywood and wooden reels and 100000 reels for cooper tube every month.

The standard of our reels is according to JB/T8137-2003, STARD OF MAKING CABLE AND WIRE DRUMS. And we can also design and produce various non-standard cable reels as well.
Besides providing assembled reels, Shanghai yisheng reel Co., Ltd is stocking over 100, 000 plywood circles at all times. Those wooded circles are drilled, routed and sanding already. It is very convenient for the customer to assemble after buying. Our wood will arrive predrilled, tube will be cut to your length and diameter and bolts and fasteners will match your requirements.
Four elements that will affect the price we offer, that is, the material of plywood, the request of surface and other side of the plywood flange, the request of glue and the number of holes. We produce most now is the birch surface plywood with poplar inside and total birch plywood and poplar plywood. Glue we use E1 and E2, and part of products are used WBP glue.
