Our services:
1. Warranty
3 year and one months, because there is a shipping period, so we plus one month for warranty compensation. During warranty, we will send spare parts and components to you through Express.

2. Installation and maintenance
We provide full installation manuals and instructions to help you install the fans successfully. If necessary, we can send an engineer to the site to teach installation. Any unartificial damage during warranty, we promise to send you a new part for free charge.
 
3. Shipping Assistance
If you ask shipping agent to Shanghai to ship your goods, we will help you deliver the goods to Shanghai port and deal with the export customs clearances; If you need us to ship the goods to your country, we will deliver the goods to the port you tell. (Whatever EXW, FOB, CNF,CIF or DDP, we always find the cheapest way for you to save money on your side)
