Stone Profile Double Edge Grinding Machine

For improving efficiency, saving the transportation and decreasing breakage, we add stone profile double edge grinding machine at the end of CD2048. There are six pneumatic polishing wheel heads on either side of the machine, which can grind and polish profile double edges of stone line, and which can reach the goal of improving quality of products and saving labor. According to customer's requirement, we can put the wax-polishing machine at the back of the machine. The entire line production is made of the combined forming, NC polishing, grinding and polishing profile double edges and wax-polishing.


NC Polishing (8 Sets)

CD2048 adopts NC polishing system that is researched and developed by our company with independent intellectual property. This system consists of eight PLCs, stepper motors and drivers, spindles of high strength and high precision and lifting systems. It can exactly adjust the rotation speed and falling speed of the polishing wheel heads to maintain them in best working condition. Whether it is the natural marble, man-made stone or granite, its glossiness of the products is higher than the slab, with no straight grain and chatter mark, no deforming, and fine hand feeling. It has advanced man-machine interaction OS, which is easy to learn and operate.

 

Combined Shaping (4 Sets)

CD2048 employs four to five the circular blades of different diameters, which can make the shapes of the stone line easily and quickly. Firstly, 80% redundant stone is cut by the blades. Then the shaping procedure is completed by one to two plating wheels. This processing model reduces the consumption of the expensive wheels dramatically, both reducing the processing cost and damages rate and improving efficiency.
