Product Description

Professional factory supply industrial palm oil press machine

Complete small&big processing line for palm fruits to crude palm oil.

Raw material: palm bunch

Flowchart:

1.Raw material receiving&storage section:The fresh palm fruit is picked and transported to the factory by truck. After weighing by truck scale, it enters the fresh fruit receiving platform and is unload to the slope of the platform for storage.

2.Sterilizing section:Open the hydraulic door, the fresh fruits will automatically drop from storage slope to sterilizer cage. By the track change of transfer carriage, the sterilizer cage will be transfered to sterilizing tank. Sterilize the palm fruit by steam, 145 ºC, about 60-90minutes.

Function: Fruit becomes soft, easy to separate from bunch, and makes the oil easier to come out; Makes the nut easier to separate from shell; Prevent enzyme from decomposing, in case the composition of free fatty acid is too high.

3.Threshing section:After sterilizing, the sterilizer cage comes out from sterilizing tank and the palm fruits will be conveyed into drum thresher by scraper conveyor for separating palm fruits from the fruit bunch.

After threshing: A. Empty fruit bunches will enter empty bunch warehouse through conveyor for using as fertilizer, etc later. B. Oil palm fruits will be transfered to digesting&pressing section.

4. Digesting&pressing section:

A. Digesting : Before pressing, oil palm fruits first be heated and digested in the digester. B. Pressing: After digesting, oil palm fruits enter the screw press for oil pressing. After pressing, we can get crude palm oil and cake(fiber&kernel).

5. Clarification section:Crude palm oil enters the sand trap tank for clarification and then enters the centrifugal separator.

After separating by centrifugal seperator:

A: Settlement: Crude palm oil will enter the sand trap tank for settlement & filtrition. B: Separation: After settlement, crude palm oil will enter centrifugal separator. After centrifugal separation and vacuum drying, clean crude palm oil will be pumped into the storage tank for storing(later enters refining workshop for refining).

6. Finished oil storage and transportation section:after clarification, finished crude oil will be pumped into storage tanks and later will be conveyed to refining workshop for refining.

7. Fiber separation section(for seperating cake into fiber and kernel):after pressing, cake enters the cake breaking screw conveyor and then be transported to fiber separtion system for fiber and kernel separating.

A. Fiber: after separation, fiber conveyor will convey the fiber to boiler for using as fuel.
B. Kernel: after separtion, kernel will be polished in the polishing drum and then goes to destoner separator for stone removing. After stone removing, the kernel will be conveyed to kernel recovery system.

8. Kernel recovery section:after stone removing, kernel goes to kernel recovery system for cracking and separating(by mixture separation system) kernel into nut and shell.

9. Raw water treatment section: raw water be treated for using in next process of boiler, generator cooling, production and living. etc.

1). Pump water from reservoir to high level water tank. During conveying, the dosing tank will feed chemical reagents to water pipeline for adjusing the water PH value. After that, water will enter water clarifying tank and then goes to clarified water tank for storage.

2). Water goes from clarified water tank to pressure sand filter, after filtration, water enters high level clean
water tank.

3). Clean water in the high level clean water tank will be softened by water soften system.

4). Softened water enters boiler water feeding tank for heating and then be pumped into deaerator by high pressure deaeration pump.

5). The deaerated water will be pumped into the boiler by high pressure deaeration pump for boiler using.

6). Clean water tank will also provide water for production proccess and living.

10. Steam-supply section: steam boiler is the thermal power source of the whole plant.
