Description:
The Liquid Loss-in-Weight Feeders are used for accurate gravimetric feeding of liquids and pastes, in either continuous or batch operation. The material is metered by a pump outside the scale area. The feed pump is selected according to the feeding capacity which is required.
The feeding control system allows for single or multi-component control. For systems with a central controller, interface modules have been built into the contol module. When feeding liquids the special requirements of each application vary. For this reason this information leaflet can only provide an overview as to the various designs available. The feed rates dependent on tank size, scale size and selected metering device.
