To ensure high durability, we make our balloons using our newly developed heat-sealing machines. And, all production procedures are ISO 9000: 2000-certified. Our balloons carry EN-71 and ASTM approvals and all printing ink are abided to international standard certified by SGS-CSTC Ltd.
