Magnetic Card Encoding and UV Printing System (RD-STUV)

OVERVIEW
It is used to encode the magnetic stripe cards followed by UV printer to print the corresponding variable data onto the cards. And it also apply the Vision System checking for the printing data. It can add labeling unit to it to making labeling for cards.
 
It gives high quality. Concave-convex feeling printing and can be used to print high class of barcode,2D Code, numbers and so on.

APPLICATIONS
>  Magnetic Stripe Encoding
1.  Use high quality encoder to make sure accuracy of data writing from the database to each card.
 
2.  HiCo and LiCo are applied, it can write 3 tracks at the same time.
 
3.  The encoder is removable, so can use the machine for the printing only.

>  UV Inkjet
1.  High Printing Resolution: The horizontal and vertical printing resolution is up to 360DPI and 720DPI. The printed barcode is full, black and good. It is particularly suitable for a variety of white cards, grey cardboard printing.
 
2.  Fast Printing Speed: The maximum printing speed under stable production is up to 50 meters/min.
 
3.  Flexible Layout: The machine can reverse the layout to save paper under flexible layout mode. The seamless printing can be achieved by installing double print head. 
 
4.  Long Service Life: It uses KONICA industrial piezoelectric nozzle from Japan with nozzle surface gold-plated. Its service life is over 3 years. It is the most advanced DOD industrial nozzle in the current market. 

5.  Optional flipper is used for printing the converse side of the cards. It can print either side of cards by adjusting the flipper. The flipper can make sure smooth movement during the process.

6.  Use the static eliminator to remove the static on cards to get better printing.
 
7.  Plasma surface treatment is applied. Use the Plasma surface treatment machine to reach the surface of the processed object under the blowing of flow, and achieves the purpose of the 3D surface modification to get better printing.
 
8.  Code Anti-Duplication: Barcode printing system with a duplicated code alarm function stops the duplicated code from the beginning. Before the code is preprinted, the system warns and the printing is not allowed.
 
>  Dyer System
Use high effective USA made Fusion dyer system to get firm printing. It can make sure the UV ink dry instantly after processing from the UV dryer. And makes the printing solid on the cards.
 
>  Optional Labeling
It can add the labeling unit to realize labeling in the machine. Such as you can put a label on a password after printing . Or you can put on a mark for anti-counterfeit.
 
>  Vision System
Use vision system to check the printing data. The vision system can check the barcode, character, English alphabet, numbers. It can get the printing data (Barcode, numbers) to compare with the original database. Then check printing  is OK or not. Ensures every card's data respectively matches. And the vision system can also check the printing quality. If no print or incomplete printing are rejected by it.
