CORE FILLING SNACKS PRODUCTION LINE
Core filling snack food can take chocolate, cheese and cream as stuffing materials, which can be mixed with yolk, milk powder, and gingili sauce. We can feed the stuffing into extrusion food just before it is extruded from extruder by core filler. This kind of core-filling food tastes crispy and delicious, such as core-filling pillow, tube and wafer. Core-filling food processing line can use corn, rice and other grain as main materials.

1. The processing line has self-cleaning function.
 
2. The model is TSE65-CF (Automatic), the output is 120-150kg/h.
 
3. Extruder screws quantity is two.
 
4. The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.
 
5. The screws material is 38CrMoAl, which is wear-resisting.
 
6. The processing line needs two workers to operate.
 
7. We advice the plant area is no less than 100 square meters, the length is no less than 20 meters.

 Parameters and unit price Note: All of the motors are based on the electricity of 380V/50Hz/3 phases. If your location three phase electricity voltage is different from it, we have to change the motors. The price will be increased.
 
Payment terms:
30% deposit by T/T, the balance should be paid by T/T before shipment.
 
Delivery time:
35 working days after receiving the deposit.

1 The warranty period is one year.
2 Our service is turn-key mode, which includes installment, debugging and training.
3 Supply quick-wear part and general tool.
4 Supply the basic formula of raw materials.
5 The buyer should pay for the international flight ticket freight (includes all the taxes and fees) of seller's engineer, and supply food and accommodation in locality. The installment charge is USD50 one person per day.
 
 
Packing
1 Inside is protective film, outside is wooden case, which is seaworthy.
2 All of these machines need ONE 40GP containers to deliver.
