Relying on the hometown of textile, we develop a new type of rapier loom-Z88 series rapier loom, which has high efficiency and low consumption. It is the independent intellectual property right and designing method that realize our highest pursuit-high performance, low consumption and low price. This loom adopts modular design, standardized production and intensive assembly. PC auxiliary operation optimize the overall static balance and dynamic balance, and after five years′ tests and improvements, Z88 rapier loom has become a general product of high performance.
What is more, it has been nearly 20 years since we strypped-down and replace the parts of imported rapier looms, and we sell the parts both in China and abroad. The type of machine imported is PICANOL\GTM\GTX\GTM-AS\CAMNA\THEMA\THEMA 11/E\P401/C401\SM92\SM93\FAST, domestic products include 731(XIHANG, LIAOCHEN, TAITAN)\GA737 Suzhou textile machinery. And we also provides a variety of sets for textile machinery, such as imported bearing, oil seal, felted wool, walks the sword fabric, sheep felt, rough surface rubber. On the other hand, we reduced a lot of defective problem by revising various kinds of conjugated cam and FAST Leno Box, GTM chooses the color box, SM92, 93 weft box, GTM side twists the cam.
