1. The machine is constructed with centering splint to ensure the gravity center of the stacked product coincide with the center of machine as far as possible. It can reduce the impact on the stacked product to protect it from scratching during tilting.
2. Double chain drives the tilting mechanism smoothly and reliably.
3. Multiple-seed control via inverter guarantees the tilting mechanism can stop smoothly.
4. The optimized construction of 4-supporting-wheel ensures safe and smooth running.
5. Multiple limit switches are used for safe and reliable operation.
6. Separate console can control the machine easily over a long distance away.
7. Machine stops automatically once the tilting finishes.
8. Press Emergency Stop Button to stop the machine quickly.
9. Duty-cycle operation between tilting and resetting
10.Optional conveyors are available for automatic and efficiently transferring products to be tilted or being tilted.
