Punching unit
1.uses an united four-mode turn plate in tooth shape to make sure the upper mold and the lower mold are absolutely in the same center,improving the mold concentricity and longtening the working life.
2.The turnplate is in tooth shape with good view and high strength. No need to frequently change molds, labor intensity is highly reduced. It is easy and quick to use.
3.The machine is equipped with a mechanical two-way positioning device. During the working process, the operator does not need to draw a cross line or proof punch in the position where the copper and aluminum rows need to be punched, which saves working time and improves work efficiency.
4. Punching die adopts polyurethane pad + spring design: it makes the die return faster and the workpiece effect is better.
5.The cutting and punching station adopts the precision 60mm large diameter hydraulic column: the shearing force and the punching force are more stable, powerful and uniform, and the processed workpiece is better.
