Q1. What is the warranty of your product?

A:    We provide 12 months warranty upon delivery date.


Q2. What is the lead time of your product?
A:    The lead time for our product is about 10 working days unless it needs to be customized.


Q3. Do you have English version of software?
A:    Yes we have English software and we can provide other foreign language software as long as you can provide us the language package.


Q4. Can you customize game theme for us?
A:    Yes we have a strong design team and we can customize your mascots upon your request.


Q5. Does this product include a real ball pool?
A:   No this product does not include a real ball pool, it consists of a projection system and you need to prepare a ball pool on your own.


Q6. What do we need to prepare if we want to use this product?
A:    To use this product,  you need to prepare a flat wall which is about 3m wide and 2m high, and wall should be light colored or we can provide a light color curtain, also please confirm there is a place to fix the hanger for the product on the ceiling.


Q7. How do we install the product?
A:    We will provide install guidance for you, and we can remote help you when installing, also we adopts all-in-one box to place the projector and PC so as to simplify the installation.


Q8. What if we want to have larger projection area to display the game?
A:      The standard projection size is 2.8*1.75m, and if the site is dark we can make it up to about 3.5*2.2m, if you want larger projection you may use two projectors solution which can have a projection size at about 6*2m.
