Sinochem Dukare 1230 fire suppression agent (FK-5-1-12) is a fire extinguishant which was developed as a halon replacement and hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) alternative. It belongs to a family of chemicals called halocarbons, a group which includes HFCs and fluoroketones.

Dukare 1230 has a global warming potential (GWP) of less than 1 and ozone depleting potential (ODP) 0. Dukare 1230 has the highest safety margin for human occupancy among clean agents, including inert gas.
