Functional Characteristics:

9. With over-voltage and under-voltage protection, and rapidly removal of capacitors, to prevent capacitor operating in state of high voltage or low-voltage.
10. Set the throw time and the cut time separately, which can effectively shorten the time of removal of the capacitors.
11. The input resistance of the current sampling signal is less than 0.05Ω, can be directly extract from the measurement loop.
